And the other stories are basically just awesome bonuses. ![]() This is huuuuuge as I've always been curious about it and honestly, this on its own justifies reading these two alone. 2 also shows what happens when Mitsuha comes to her dad for the second time (as Mitsuha this time), cause in the movie we only see that she comes to his office to talk him into it, but never what actually goes down. At first I didn't think it would do much cause of how he's depicted in the movie, but they really show a lot of his character here and why he became the way he is now. And in the second, it's all about Futaba (Mitsuha's mom) and Toshiki (her dad). behind the rituals and what it all represents in the first story. It talks about Yotsuha and some extra background The second volume, however, is a bit more serious. The first volume had some relatively short stories that were quite fun to read! I loved them as they added some character background, especially on Tessie, as well as some events that they didn't show in the movie. I sorta always want to discover more things I don't know about it. ![]() It's my all-time favorite anime movie and I felt that Another Side: Earthbound would be perfect to add some extra story. Let me start off by saying I'm a huge Kimi no na wa fan. ![]()
